came back from sjab training camp .
frm tues 27 nov to fri 30 nov
4days 3 nights of torture sure made all my muscles ache .
and made me really deprived of sleep .
had 16 hrs of slp =XX
coz on 2nd day ,
we are given punishment by say tiong.
memorise all 25 rules and regulations .
then on that day coz the camp ic took like half an hour to report .
zZzZ .
then all released late .
then 1.40am lights off .
me and shiying at there memorise .
until almost 2am . T.T
then mr wong told sec 1 fall in at 6am .
but then they huh .so fall in at 5.50am .
damn it .
then need wake up at 5.15am .
wow power sia , 3hrs of slp .
then next morn i still can .
in the afternoon onwards jiu dizzy dizzy liaos =XX .
then night hike ok liaos .
1st day .
check bags .
as usual pour everything out .
then put back .
take out again coz too slow
put back again .
run to barracks .
then ours on 4th floor !!!!!
guys on 3rd .

last year girls on 3rd floor .
guys on 2nd floor .
this year higher .

super tired when everytime need run up and down .
but day 1 not as much punishments coz no sec 1 . =XX .

and we all know the expectations of the camp .

jiu instead of 2 sticks .

but overall it was impressive .
hahas though cant stand when kerong tried her best to make it stand .

all sec 2s overslept .
until 7am .
we supposed to fall in at 7.30am .
luckily wai kin wake the guys up .

managed to be there before 7 .30am (:

4th day pt harder .
then area cleaning ..
we keep tents .

for every lunch and dinner there would be a chicken drumstick and veg .
the 3rd dish can be hot dog , fish cake ..
fruit stand is watermelon .
breakfast is bread with kaya and butter and ovaltin .
supper is biscuits and ovaltin .
1st day supper biscuits is coffee .
most of us couldnt slp coz of that .
but they shld give us coffee biscuits on the 2nd night supper .
coz we slept very late .
but didnt .
so alot of us deprived of slp on 3rd day .
annual camp is always hell .
next year worse ..
i dont wanna plan for it .
it's super stress .. =XXX .
